Experts Stress Teacher Training for Nigeria's EdTech Future

Adetola Salau stressed that technology alone cannot transform education without skilled teachers to integrate digital tools effectively. She also called for greater support for girls pursuing STEM careers, noting that women currently represent only 35% of STEM graduates.

Ndubuez Mbah, Enugu State Commissioner for Education, urged stakeholders to implement practical policies that can transform learning outcomes. The summit, attended by 250 school owners and administrators, emphasized the importance of innovative projects and partnerships to address financial and operational challenges in schools across Nigeria.
