ADC Warns Members Against Working for APC, PDP in Ebonyi

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Ebonyi State issued a warning to its members on Monday, cautioning against any secret affiliations with rival parties, specifically the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the People's Democratic Party (PDP). Sundai Opok, a state leader of the ADC, expressed concerns that individuals within the party were undermining its growth by aligning with these rival parties.

He emphasized that such betrayals could derail the ADC's ambitions, especially with the upcoming 2027 general elections. The party is in the process of inaugurating a transit committee to reclaim its structure and address internal conflicts.

Opok accused the Ebonyi State government of placing loyalists within the ADC to hijack its operations. He reiterated the importance of unity among members to resist intimidation and harassment, asserting that the ADC is committed to providing credible leadership and addressing the socio-economic challenges facing Nigeria.
