‘There is no division in PDP’ – Abba moro

Senator Abba Moro, representing Benue South, has stated that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) remains united despite recent leadership crises. The main opposition party is currently facing internal conflicts due to power struggles among various factions within the party.

Speaking on a Prime Time Arise Television program, Moro emphasized that genuine party division occurs when there are two parallel leadership structures in place. He clarified that the PDP does not have a division but rather a problem that could lead someone to leave the party and join another.

Moro highlighted that in the past, the New PDP faction within the party caused confusion, but the PDP as a whole remained united. He stressed that the issues facing the PDP are not a result of division but rather contending tendencies within the party.
