Adelegbe's Agricultural and Infrastructure Initiatives in Owo

Oluwatimehin Adelegbe, a member of the 10th National Assembly representing Owo/Ondo State, is serving his second term with the Progressive Congress. He has established a reputation for visible constituency interventions, particularly in agriculture.

Recently, he distributed 100,000 improved cocoa seedlings to farmers, as cocoa remains a major source of income in the area. Adelegbe has committed N300 million to restore electricity in his local government area, addressing vandalism that has damaged infrastructure.

He has also supported the repair of 250 boreholes and rural road projects. Additionally, he has organized large-scale events to distribute grants to market women and small traders, reportedly disbursing around N100 million.

Adelegbe has raised concerns about kidnapping and insecurity in his constituency, advocating for stronger federal intervention. He participates in legislative committees focused on public health regulations and tobacco control, emphasizing the need for effective application of laws.
