Pro-Tinubu Group Gains Royal Endorsement for 2027 Bid

The Southwest Arewa Commun Renew Hope Agenda, a pro-Tinubu political movement, secured a significant endorsement from the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, during a visit to his palace on Friday. This endorsement is part of the group's campaign to promote the "Renew Hope Agenda" among the Arewa community across six states in Southwest Nigeria.

The delegation, led by Alhaji Shehu Usman Sampam, emphasized the importance of peace, unity, and harmony for national security and economic growth, noting the current infrastructural development under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration. The Ooni commended the group's efforts to promote policies that benefit Northern residents in the Southwest and offered prayers for the movement.

The endorsement is seen as a major milestone in the group's efforts to mobilize one million votes from the Arewa community in Lagos, Ogun, Osun, Oyo, Ondo, and Ekiti states in support of Tinubu's re-election bid in the 2027 general elections.
