Abia Deputy Governor Suggests Tinubu Could Join Labour Party Before 2027 Elections

Abia State Deputy Governor, Ikechukwu Emetu, has hinted at the possibility of Bola Tinubu joining the Labour Party before the 2027 elections. Emetu made this statement during a new membership drive organized by Nenadi Usman's caretaker committee in the Labour Party.

The South West Chairman of the Labour Party, Arabambi, also announced that some prominent leaders of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) have defected to the Labour Party. Arabambi highlighted that these leaders openly abandoned the ADC to join the Labour Party, emphasizing a shift in political allegiances.

The move signifies a potential realignment of political forces ahead of the upcoming elections.
