Tinubu's Administration Accelerates North-east Development

Uba Maigari Ahmadu Mondai, the Minister of State for the North-east region, emphasized President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's dedication to fast-tracking development in the North-east during a press interaction in Jalingo. He noted that the region has faced significant security challenges for nearly two decades, which have hindered development.

Over the past two years, the Tinubu administration has initiated various people-oriented projects across six states in the North-east, demonstrating a serious commitment to change the narrative of the region. The minister highlighted the administration's focus on addressing security issues as a prerequisite for development, stating that resources have been concentrated on this effort.

Following a recent tour of the North-east to inspect various projects, he expressed satisfaction with the progress made and urged the populace to support government initiatives to ensure the successful completion of these projects.
