Tinubu Consensus Network Supports Tegbe's Ministerial Appointment

The Tinubu Consensus Network (TCN) has expressed strong support for the appointment of Chief Joseph Olasunkanmi Tegbe as the new Minister for Oyo State, succeeding Hon. Adebayo Adelabu, who resigned from the position a week prior to the announcement.

The statement, signed by TCN President Mr. Gideon Och Onazi and Secretary Alhaji Muhammad Kudu, commended the appointment as a significant step in the right direction for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State.

TCN highlighted Tegbe's previous contributions during the last general elections, particularly in mobilizing support for the APC, which faced challenges from the PDP in the state. The group noted Tegbe's extensive experience in the private sector and his role in various advisory capacities, including his work with KPMG and the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission.

They believe his appointment will enhance the APC's influence in Oyo State and contribute positively to the state's governance.
