President Tinubu Returns Healthy and Ready to Work

President Bola Tinubu has dismissed concerns regarding his health, stating he is "fit as a fiddle" and ready to resume work after returning to Nigeria from a four-week working vacation in Europe. Upon his arrival at the Presidential Wing of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Ikeja, Lagos, he characterized the health rumors as politically motivated and expressed his readiness to work, saying, “I’m here, healthy and sound and ready to go.” Tinubu's vacation included time spent in London and Paris, which he described as enjoyable.

Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon Tajudeen Abbas, welcomed Tinubu back and expressed optimism that his period of rest would lead to increased activity from the administration, stating that the President would return with "renewed vigour" to serve the people of Nigeria.
