Tinubu Endorsed by Osun APC in Peaceful Primary Election

Bola Tinubu secured the endorsement of the Osun State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) during a primary election conducted on a Saturday across 332 wards in the state. The primary was monitored in a peaceful atmosphere, with Adegboyega Oyetola, the former governor of Osun State, participating in the voting at Iragbiji Ward 1.

Bola Oyebamiji also took part in the exercise at Ikir Ward 9, where party members affirmed their support for Tinubu as the APC candidate for the 2027 presidential election. The exercise in Osogbo, the state capital, was overseen by various agents and was reported to be smooth without any crises.

Sunday Aker, identified as a Renew Hope ambassador, noted the peaceful conduct of the primary. Results from local government areas were compiled and transported to the state collation office for further processing.
