Bola Tinubu Commends CIPM for Workforce Development Efforts

Bola Tinubu, representing the Head of Civil Service of the Federation, commended the Charter Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) for its role in advancing the nation's human capital agenda at the 57th International Conference in Abuja. The conference focused on reimagining the new world of work in alignment with the federal government's commitment to leveraging Nigeria's demographic advantage and digital transformation.

Tinubu assured the institute of the federal government's support in strengthening Nigeria's talent ecosystem. Minister of Labour and Employment, Muhammadu Maigari Dingyadi, also lauded CIPM for promoting excellent human resource management and emphasized the importance of developing the nation's workforce for sustainable growth.
