CUPP Urges Tinubu to Address Insecurity or Resign

The Coalition of United Political Parties (CUPP) has issued a statement urging President Bola Tinubu to either demonstrate stronger leadership in addressing the critical issues of insecurity and economic hardship in Nigeria or to resign from his position. The statement, signed by CUPP's national chairman, Peter Ameh, emphasizes that the current administration must urgently deliver governance that produces better outcomes for Nigerians.

The coalition insists that the inability of elected officials to provide effective governance is unacceptable and that the president must take immediate action to alleviate the suffering of citizens across the country. CUPP has committed to closely monitoring the situation and will speak out on behalf of Nigerian interests whenever necessary.

They stress that the leadership under President Tinubu is not adequately responding to the pressing challenges facing the nation.
