Tinubu Condoles Segun Dada on Father’s Passing

President Bola Tinubu extended his condolences to Segun Dada, his Special Assistant on Social Media, following the death of Dada's 91-year-old father, Chief Idowu Folorunsho Dada. Chief Dada, a former Sales Manager at NEXAN Kablemetal Nigeria PLC, was recognized by Tinubu as a man of integrity, discipline, and compassion, whose contributions earned him respect.

In a statement released on Tuesday by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, Tinubu described Chief Dada as a loving father and mentor who instilled strong moral values in his children, including Segun. The President commended Chief Dada’s commitment to the Church and his exemplary family values.

He consoled Segun and the entire Dada family, encouraging them to draw comfort from the legacy of service and good name left by the deceased. Tinubu prayed for the eternal rest of Chief Dada and for comfort for his family during their mourning period.
