Tinubu to Speak at 80th UNGA Session in New York on Global Unity

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is set to address world leaders at the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York on September 24, 2025. The theme of the session is "Better Together: 80 Years of Peace, Development, and Human Rights." Tinubu is scheduled to speak during the afternoon session on Day 2 of the general debate.

This session brings together leaders from 195 countries to discuss global challenges and solutions. Tinubu will be the 17th world leader to speak during the debate, emphasizing the importance of unity and cooperation in addressing complex global issues.
