Former CAN Chairman Blames Tinubu for Rivers Crisis, Predicts APC Exodus

Former CAN chairman, Apostle Eugene Ogu of Abundant Life Evangel Mission, blamed President Bola Tinubu for the political crisis in Rivers State. Ogu accused Tinubu of orchestrating the removal of Governor Siminalayi Fubara, claiming it was a direct result of Tinubu's actions.

He also predicted a mass exodus from the APC ahead of the 2027 general election, citing a loss of confidence in the ruling party. Ogu criticized church leaders for their silence on political issues, accusing them of being complicit in Nigeria's problems.

He called on Nigerians to protect themselves by moving away from the APC. Ogu emphasized the need for accountability and transparency in leadership.
