ADC Spokesman Predicts Tinubu's Early Election Defeat

Comrade Saidu Bello, the former spokesman for the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Kano State, expressed strong confidence that Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the current president, will suffer a major electoral setback in the next general elections. In an interview, Bello noted that Nigerians are increasingly frustrated with the current administration, which he believes will be reflected in the polls.

He predicted that Tinubu would be defeated by 10 a.m. on election day, emphasizing that voters in the north who support Tinubu will find themselves in a difficult position. Bello acknowledged recent political movements, including defections to the New Nigeria Peoples Party led by Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, which have altered the political landscape in Kano State.

However, he insisted that the ADC remains focused on rebuilding and strengthening its structure ahead of the 2027 elections. He criticized the government's economic policies, particularly the rising fuel prices, which he described as unjustifiable given the current economic realities.
