This statement was prompted by a viral post from an individual claiming to be the Okuokpellagbe despite ongoing court appeals regarding the traditional stool. Aimofumeh affirmed that Mike Sado is the recognized Okuokpellagbe of Okpella, enjoying community support and official recognition.

He urged the public to ignore false claims and emphasized the importance of respecting the ongoing legal process, which includes pending appeals in the Court of Appeal. Aimofumeh reiterated the need for peace and progress in the community, urging all parties to await a final court decision.
