Tragic Motor Accident Claims 7 Lives in Borno State Wedding Travel

A tragic motor accident on the Damaturu-Maiduguri Highway claimed the lives of 7 individuals from Lawanti Village, Akko LGA, Borno State. The victims were identified as Gambo Abbo, Umalkhairi, Rabiu Abubakar, Fatuma Hassan, Amal Abubakar, Adamu Bello, and Zara U Alhaji.

The incident occurred while they were traveling to Maiduguri for a wedding ceremony. The Governor of Borno State expressed deep sorrow over the loss and extended condolences to the families of the victims and the entire Lawanti community.
