TranESS C&I Launches Youth Energy Talent Programme

TranESS C&I, the commercial and industrial energy storage unit of Transsion Holdings, launched the Youth Talent in Energy Storage Programme and signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding with Al-Ansar Foundation during the “Empowering Education, Illuminating the Future” Education Industry Summit in Abuja. The summit gathered private school proprietors, university administrators, and government stakeholders to discuss the impact of unreliable electricity on education in Nigeria.

Charlie Wang, C&I Sales Director at TranESS, emphasized the company's commitment to sustainable infrastructure in Africa. Dr.

Mohammed Kyari Dikwa, President and Founder of Al-Ansar Foundation, stressed the importance of reliable electricity for modernizing education. The Youth Talent in Energy Storage Programme aims to train over 3,000 technicians in three years through five regional training centers.

Additionally, TranESS plans to develop specialized energy storage management courses at Transsion University, with selected students receiving advanced training opportunities in China.
