Transcorp Hotels Reports N97bn Revenue, Declares N1.30 Dividend

Transcorp Hotels announced a revenue of N97 billion for the 2025 financial year, reflecting a 38% increase compared to the previous year. This announcement was made during the company's 12th annual general meeting held in Abuja, where Chairman Awel Elumelu expressed optimism for 2026, highlighting the company's strong performance and brand strength.

The company declared a final dividend of N1.30 per share, resulting in a total dividend payout of N13 billion for the year, compared to N10 billion the previous year. Managing Director Uzoamaka Oshogw noted that the company's occupancy rates improved significantly, particularly in January.

Transcorp Hotels is also collaborating with Transcorp Group to address energy costs and is exploring options for cheaper power solutions. The company plans to focus on operational excellence and brand relevance while investing in technology and infrastructure to enhance its offerings in 2026.
