Transcorp Power Reports Revenue Growth to N398bn for 2025 Financial Year

Transcorp Power Plc, a subsidiary of Transnational Corporation Plc, released its audited financial results for the year ending December 31, 2025, showing a revenue increase to N398.27 billion, a 30% rise from N305.94 billion in 2024. The firm also recorded a gross profit of N162.44 billion, a 14% increase from N142.21 billion in 2024.

Profit before tax stood at N91.42 billion, up 14% from N80.01 billion in 2024. The total assets grew to N563.48 billion, a 42% increase from N396.78 billion in 2024.

The total equity also rose to N183.40 billion, a 44% increase from N126.63 billion in 2024. The Chairman of the Board, Emmanuel Nnorom, emphasized the commitment to operational excellence and sustainable growth.

The MD/CEO, Peter Ikenga, highlighted the company's efforts to enhance generation capacity and improve overall performance. Transcorp Power Plc aims to continue delivering value to shareholders and stakeholders, focusing on strengthening transmission lines and enhancing plant evacuation in 2026 and beyond.
