Gift Orban Joins Amedspor on Loan from Hoffenheim

Nigeria forward Gift Orban has finalized a loan move to Turkish Süper Lig club Amedspor from TSG Hoffenheim. According to Hoffenheim, the loan agreement includes conditions that could turn it into an obligation to purchase.

This marks Orban's second consecutive season away from Hoffenheim on loan, having spent the 2025/26 campaign at Italian club Hellas Verona. During his time at Hellas Verona, he recorded seven goals and two assists in 28 league appearances.

The club, which was relegated to Serie B, opted not to exercise the option to sign him permanently. Gift Orban joined Hoffenheim from Ligue 1 outfit Olympic Lyon in January 2025.
