Chelsea's Tosin Adarabioyo Set for Transfer This August

Fabrizio Romano, a football transfer specialist, has indicated that Chelsea centre-back Tosin Adarabioyo is likely to leave the club during the summer transfer window. Adarabioyo joined Chelsea on a free transfer from Fulham in the summer of 2024 but has struggled to secure a regular starting position at Stamford Bridge, participating in 70 matches and scoring seven goals with one assist.

His limited playing opportunities have raised concerns about his future, with rumors linking him to a transfer to Chelsea’s sister club, Strasbourg, in Ligue 1. Romano noted that Chelsea is preparing for a busy August, with several outgoing transfers expected, including Adarabioyo's departure.

He also mentioned that Trevoh Chalobah is set to move to Como for 30 million euros plus six in add-ons and a sell-on clause, and Benoît Badiashile is also leaving the club. Adarabioyo, who is eligible to play for the Super Eagles, aims to find a club where he can gain more consistent first-team action.
