Troops Arrest Suspected Terrorist, Recover Rifle in Zamfara

On April 3, during a routine patrol in Zamfara State, troops from the Nigerian Army's 1 Brigade Combat Team arrested a suspected terrorist in Tungan Haki village. The operation, reported by security analyst Zagazola Makama, was conducted at approximately 11:30 AM.

The troops recovered an AK-47 rifle, which was loaded with a magazine containing 13 rounds of 7.62mm ammunition. The suspect has been taken into military custody for further investigation.
