TSS Motors Launches Forland T5 Mini Truck in Nigeria

Transit Support Services Ltd. (TSS Motors) has introduced the Forland T5 mini truck, specifically designed to enhance last-mile delivery in Nigeria's distribution industry. This segment is known for being the most expensive and complex part of logistics.

The T5 series is assembled in Enugu and offers cost-saving advantages due to local production. Miss Blessing Aluh, TSS Senior Sales Executive, stated that the T5 truck addresses the high costs associated with final stretch deliveries, featuring low maintenance costs and high-quality manufacturing standards from Forland, Foton’s specialized light truck division.

The vehicle is powered by an 82-kilowatt DAM 15R petrol engine, known for fuel efficiency and low emissions, and is available in various configurations, including box body and cabin-and-chassis. TSS offers the T5 in 1.5-tonne and 2-tonne variants, with a 2.5-tonne CNG/petrol option.

The truck includes a one-year or 100,000-kilometre warranty and is priced under N16 million for the flatbed version.
