Two Female Suspects Arrested Over Missing Anambra Girl, Police Investigate Ritual Abduction Case

The Anambra State Police Command arrested two female suspects, Uzoma Nwabuez and Precious Mondai, in relation to the disappearance of a 16-year-old girl named Oluebube Chukwuma from Ozubulu, Ekwusigo Local Government Area. The suspects confessed during interrogation and disclosed that the victim is currently in Ghana.

The police are conducting a thorough investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the girl's relocation and identify other individuals involved. In a separate case, a 28-year-old man, Friday Akonobi, was arrested for allegedly abducting a six-year-old girl linked to ritual killings in Enugu.

The suspect confessed to the crime and implicated four accomplices who are currently at large. The Anambra State Police Command is actively pursuing these cases to ensure justice is served.
