Tyson Fury Questions Anthony Joshua's Punch Resistance

Tyson Fury has cast doubt on Anthony Joshua's punch resistance after Joshua was dropped five times during his IBF title fight against Daniel Dubois, which ended in an 11th-round stoppage on September 2024. Fury referenced Dubois' previous bouts against Jarrel Miller, Filip Hrgovic, and Oleksandr Usyk, where Dubois managed to avoid being knocked out.

Fury's comments were made in a video posted on Instagram, where he analyzed Joshua's knockout record. The long-awaited British clash between Fury and Joshua is scheduled for the final quarter of 2026, although it hinges on Joshua's upcoming fight against Kristian Prenga on July 25 in Riyadh.

Promoters Eddie Hearn and Frank Warren have indicated that the mega fight will not proceed if Joshua falls short against Prenga, who has a record of 20 wins and 21 bouts.
