UBA Business Series to Feature M.I Abaga on Innovation

UBA Plc is set to host its latest edition of the UBA Business Series on July 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM WAT. The event, themed "Build Africa's Reality," will spotlight how businesses can transform everyday customer feedback into technology-driven solutions that address Africa's real needs.

Founders, investors, and builders will convene to share insights on designing products that work within African conditions rather than borrowing wholesale solutions from elsewhere. Participants will have the opportunity to join the virtual session, which will be streamed live across UBA's digital platforms, including the group's YouTube channel.

The session will feature a lineup of speakers, including rapper and entrepreneur M.I Abaga, Ashim Egunjobi, co-founder and chief executive of Octerra Capital, and Femi Aluko, co-founder and CEO of Chowdeck. The conversation will be hosted by media entrepreneur and founder Adaora Mbelu.
