Uba Sani Advocates for Patronage of D-PAN Vehicles

On Friday, Governor Uba Sani unveiled the 2026 model of the Peugeot 5008 at the Dangote Peugeot Automobile Nigeria (D-PAN) Limited factory. He expressed his intention to present a proposal at the National Economic Council (NEC) urging Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) to purchase vehicles produced by D-PAN.

Sani commended Alhaji Aliko Dangote for his investments in Nigeria, noting that D-PAN has created jobs and contributed to the local economy in Kaduna State. He stated, "As a government, Kaduna State will order some of the vehicles," to set an example for others.

The governor also pledged to provide necessary support to D-PAN, highlighting Kaduna State's shareholding in the company. He called on D-PAN to consider employing graduates from the Institute of Vocational and Skills Development, who recently completed intensive training in collaboration with the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE).

Sani acknowledged D-PAN's corporate social responsibility efforts and urged the company to continue supporting local communities.
