Fani-Kayode Clashes with Momodu Over Political Allegations

Femi Fani-Kayode, a former Minister of Aviation, engaged in a heated exchange with veteran journalist Dele Momodu, who criticized him for allegedly seeking political alignment with former Vice President Atiku Abubakar. Fani-Kayode vehemently denied these claims, describing Momodu's remarks as politically motivated and unfounded.

He emphasized that he left the People's Democratic Party (PDP) in 2021 and defended his support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, rejecting any comparisons between the current administration and past military regimes. Fani-Kayode argued that the current government remains actively engaged in international diplomacy and insisted that it is politically dominant as Nigeria approaches the 2027 general elections.
