UI Honors Kehinde Olaosebikan for Sports Academy Support

On Tuesday, the University of Ibadan honored Kehinde Olaosebikan, a loyalist of President Bola Tinubu, with the Iconic Friend of the University of Ibadan Sports Academy award for his significant contributions to the establishment of the institution’s Sports Academy. The award was presented at the headquarters of the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu-Kehinde Olaosebikan Grassroots Movement in Olomi, Ibadan, by a delegation led by Prof Olufemi Adegbesan, the Chairman of the UI Sports Academy, on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor, Prof Kayode Adebowale.

Prof Adegbesan acknowledged Olaosebikan’s selfless service and immense contributions to the academy, emphasizing his commitment to sports and youth development. In response, Olaosebikan, who is the Chief Executive Officer of Midas Communications Limited, expressed gratitude for the recognition and reiterated his support for the academy, aligning it with the Renewed Hope Agenda's focus on promoting sports and youth development in Nigeria.
