Governor Hails Nkutt's Transformative Leadership in Itu, Akwa Ibom State

Governor Umo Eno praised the transformative leadership of Chairman Ubong Wilson Nkutt in Itu, Akwa Ibom State, during the unveiling of the newly commissioned Itu Council Secretariat. Nkutt's one-year tenure has seen significant development, earning accolades from stakeholders for his vision of accountability and good governance.

The Itu Model, part of the ARISE Agenda, focuses on infrastructure, social welfare, and digital innovation at the grassroots level. The Governor and other leaders commended Nkutt for restoring confidence in local governance through visible transformation rarely seen at the council level.
