Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan Condemns Kwara Massacre, Calls for Decisive Action on Insecurity

Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, representing Kogi Central Senatorial District, has strongly criticized the recent massacre in Kwara State, where jihadists attacked the Woro Nuku community in Kaiama Local Government Area. The attack, which occurred on Tuesday night, resulted in the murder of residents as gunmen invaded the village, opened fire, and burned homes.

The death toll from the incident is reported to be around 200. Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan expressed deep sympathy for the families of the victims and affected communities, emphasizing the urgent need for coordinated and effective security measures to address the growing insecurity nationwide.
