UNILAG Hosts Convergence 2026 to Boost Youth Inclusion

The Gani Fawehinmi Student Chamber at the University of Lagos is set to host its flagship annual conference, Convergence 2026, on Friday at 2:00 PM in the Jelili Adebisi Omotola Hall, University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos. The conference's theme focuses on promoting the inclusion of young voices in Nigeria's nation-building process.

It is dedicated to advancing meaningful dialogue among young leaders to shape Nigeria's future, particularly during a time when youth participation in governance and economic transformation is increasingly recognized as vital. The event honors the late Chief Gani Fawehinmi, a notable human rights advocate and champion of democracy.
