Unilever Nigeria Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public of a Board Meeting scheduled for 22 October 2026. The meeting will consider the approval of the company's Unaudited Interim Financial Statements for the period ending 30 September 2026.

Unilever Nigeria Plc (NGX: UNILEVER) filed a Board Meeting notice with the Nigerian Exchange Limited on 29 September 2026, disclosing that its Board of Directors will convene on Thursday, 22 October 2026.
