TU Delft Offers Fully Funded Master's Scholarships for 2027

TU Delft, a prestigious technical university in the Netherlands, has introduced the Justus & Louise van Effen Excellence Scholarships for outstanding international students aiming to enroll in a Master's degree program for the 2027 academic year. These fully funded scholarships are established through the legacy of Justus and Louise van Effen, with Justus having studied at TU Delft in the 1940s.

The scholarships are available to students who have been conditionally or fully admitted to one of TU Delft's two-year MSc programs, requiring candidates to demonstrate exceptional academic performance, generally benchmarked against the top 10% of graduates from previous studies. The scholarship covers full tuition fees and includes a contribution towards living expenses.

Only new, incoming students are eligible, with two scholarships available per faculty, making competition high. The application process is integrated with the standard MSc application, requiring all documents to be submitted by December 1, 2026, with recipients notified by the end of March 2027.
