Mentees Honor Prof. Nnabuko with Annual Lecture Series

On September 23, 2026, the second edition of the Annual Integrated Marketing Public Lecture Series was held to commemorate Prof. Justitia Odinaka Nnabuko’s 72nd birthday. Although Prof. Nnabuko left the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) after her valedictory lecture and 70th birthday celebration in September 2023, her former students, organized as the “Forum of Prof. J.O.

Nnabuko’s PhD Mentees, University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus,” continue to honor her annually. The event was chaired by Dr. Damion Ozoani, Managing Director/CEO of Zans Food and Beverages Ltd and Partner Market Edge Consults Ltd.

Prof. Chuka Uzoma Ifediora, President of the Forum, emphasized the significance of mentorship and the personal impact Prof. Nnabuko had on her mentees. He highlighted the importance of giving back and creating opportunities for future generations.

The event included lectures and a gathering in Enugu for attendees, with Prof. Benedict Ejikeme Odigbo delivering a lecture on "Reputational Capital and the Digital Marketing Era.".
