US Embassies Warn Americans in Middle East to Evacuate

On Saturday, US embassies across the Middle East issued a warning to American citizens regarding an “unforeseen escalation” in regional conflict, urging them to be prepared to leave. This alert followed threats from US President Donald Trump to retaliate against Iran “very hard.” The embassies in Bahrain, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates advised Americans to check flight details and follow local safety guidance.

The warning highlighted the unpredictability of the Iranian regime, which has recently attacked various areas without provocation. The US embassy in Beirut noted that it remained on “ordered departure status,” relocating non-emergency personnel from Lebanon.

Iran's military accused the US of escalating tensions, warning that any country supporting the US would face consequences. The conflict has disrupted lives across the Middle East and affected global energy markets, with ongoing exchanges of fire between the US and Iran.
