VFD Group Plc Board Ratifies Q3 2026 Unaudited Financials

VFD Group Plc filed a corporate action notice with the Nigerian Exchange Limited on November 3, 2026, disclosing the outcome of its third-quarter Board of Directors meeting. The meeting took place on Friday, October 30, 2026, at the Company's offices at 8 MacGregor Road, Ikoyi, Lagos, and was also held virtually via Microsoft Teams.
