Poco Lee Speaks Out After UK Prison Release

Poco Lee, whose real name is Iweh Odinaka, has addressed his recent release on bail from a UK prison after being charged with a sexual offense. The allegations are linked to his visit to the UK for the Davido and Friends concert at the Crystal Palace Bowl in London on August 14.

During a video call with social commentator VeryDarkMan, Poco Lee expressed that his primary concern during his time away was the welfare of his associates and the impact on their business activities. He asserted his innocence regarding the allegations, stating, “I was just being myself.

God sees my heart.” He emphasized that he would have felt guilty if he had committed the alleged offense, but he maintains that he did not. Poco Lee also acknowledged the support he received from fellow artists Burna Boy and Rahman Jago during this challenging time.

The Snaresbrook Crown Court has scheduled September 15 for plea and trial preparation regarding his case.
