NSCDC Female Officer Crushed to Death in Abuja Incident

A tragic incident occurred in Abuja during a 'Show of Force' exercise involving the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), where a female officer was crushed to death. The footage shows a black operational van with red wheels, marked as part of the female squad, moving in formation when it reportedly ran over the officer, pinning her beneath the vehicle. NSCDC personnel and bystanders rushed to the scene, attempting to lift the vehicle to free the trapped officer while waiting for an ambulance.

Afolabi Babawal, a spokesperson for the NSCDC, confirmed the officer's death during a telephone conversation on Saturday afternoon, although the identity of the deceased officer has not been disclosed at this time.
