Governor Uba Sani and Speaker Abbas Collaborate on Empowerment Programs in Zaria, Nigeria

Governor Uba Sani and Speaker Abbas have joined forces to implement empowerment programs in Zaria, Nigeria. The partnership includes distributing 850 motorcycles and 30 vehicles, commissioning a sports center, and empowering teachers, religious leaders, and community support groups.
