Michael Ndika, widely recognized as Big Mike, is the husband and long-term manager of Nigerian singer Niniola. He has made substantial contributions to the entertainment industry, particularly through his role in co-founding NaijaReview in February 2011, a music blog that evolved into a broader multimedia platform focusing on Afro-house and contemporary African music.

Ndika's professional background includes a career in technology as a systems engineer and later as the head of an association in the haulage sector. He began managing Niniola in 2013, negotiating her entry into the music industry and collaborating with producer Sarz.
