Ogbuagu Urges FG to Prioritize Road Construction for GDP Growth

During a retirement event in Abuja, retired director Clement Ogbuagu of the Federal Ministry of Works urged the Federal Government to pay more attention to road construction as a means to grow Nigeria's GDP. He stated that no nation can develop without good roads, emphasizing the importance of infrastructure in national development.

Ogbuagu expressed gratitude for the opportunity to serve and highlighted the impact of innovations and new technologies introduced in the road sector during his tenure. He noted that the road sector is crucial for economic growth, asserting that without proper roads, the nation's progress would stagnate.

Ogbuagu also encouraged civil servants to maintain high standards of service and dedication. Permanent Secretary Rafiu Olarinr Adeladan acknowledged Ogbuagu's contributions and urged others to emulate his dedication.
