Why Ganduje Did Not Receive Tinubu, Shettima In Kano

Kano State Governor Ganduje did not receive Bola Tinubu and Kashim Shettima in Kano due to his resignation as APC Chairman. Daily Trust's Garba clarified that there was no rift between Ganduje and the duo.

Garba explained that Ganduje's resignation led to him not being present to welcome Tinubu, who had jetted out of the country. Garba dispelled rumors of Ganduje being unwell or deliberately excluded from the event.

He mentioned that Shettima and the former national chairman of APC were in Kano, but Ganduje was not able to meet them due to his personal engagements in London. Garba emphasized that Ganduje is fit to return to active politics despite his absence during the visit.
