KADRA Inspects Kaduna Road Projects for Quality Assurance

Dr. Abdullahi Muhammad Baba, the Managing Director of the Kaduna State Road Agency (KADRA), explained the agency's ongoing inspections of road projects across Kaduna State.

The inspections aim to ensure that contractors adhere strictly to approved specifications and maintain quality standards while delivering projects on schedule. During inspections in Kaduna South, particularly on the Romi road construction project, Dr.

Baba noted that the inspections are part of KADRA's routine quality assurance measures to guarantee durable infrastructure for residents. The inspections cover various roads, including the Zenith Bank Old Kachia Road and the Western Bypass, where significant progress has been made.

KADRA is overseeing 150 road projects totaling approximately 1,355 kilometers across the state's 23 local government areas, with expectations for completion by the end of the rainy season. Dr.

Baba commended the state government's ongoing projects, which aim to improve transportation and boost economic activity in the region.
