Wike Inspects PDP Convention Venue, Ensures Security

Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), conducted an inspection of the venue for the People's Democratic Party (PDP) convention at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium in Abuja on Sunday. Wike stated that the party remains vibrant and is prepared for a resurgence, indicating that the convention will demonstrate this vitality.

He expressed satisfaction with the preparations, noting that the venue was properly arranged and decorated, which he believes will impress Nigerians. Wike highlighted the security measures in place, with personnel present to ensure a peaceful exercise, and mentioned that 2,000 delegates from 36 states are expected to attend the convention.

He remarked on the thoroughness of the preparations, ensuring that the event will be hitch-free and well-organized.
