Wikki Tourists FC Prepares for Nigeria National League Season

Haruna Bako, the newly appointed Interim Sole Administrator of Wikki Tourists FC, addressed the club's players and technical crew during a training session at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium in Bauchi. He emphasized the importance of focus and commitment as preparations intensify for the 2026/27 Nigeria National League season.

Bako's visit aimed to familiarize himself with the team and to oversee a selection exercise designed to identify qualified players for the upcoming season. He stated that the collective goal is to secure an immediate return to the Nigeria Premier Football League, which requires hard work, discipline, unity, and total commitment from everyone involved.

Bako urged the technical crew to maintain fairness and professionalism during the selection process, insisting that only the best players should represent Wikki Tourists FC. In response, Technical Adviser Bala Abubakar assured Bako of the coaches' commitment, while team captain Yusuf Mohammed pledged the players' determination to work hard for the club's success.
