Fatal Fight Over N800: Woman Dies in Ondo Sibling Dispute

A tragic incident in Akure, Ondo State, saw a woman, Tewogboye Omowumi, lose her life during a dispute with her younger sister, Iluyemi Bosede, over N800 meant for purchasing tomato and pepper. The argument escalated, leading to physical confrontation where Bosede allegedly caused Omowumi to fall, resulting in her death.

The police have arrested Bosede and are conducting investigations. The State Police Public Relations Officer, Ayanlade Olayinka Olushola, emphasized the need for peaceful conflict resolution to prevent such fatal outcomes in trivial disputes.
