Woman Dies While Waiting for Child at UTME Center

Oluwasola Victoria Adebayo collapsed and died on the scene while waiting for her daughter to finish the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) at an examination center located at Ilara Mokin Junction, Ifedore Local Government Area, Ondo State. The incident occurred shortly after she arrived at the venue, where she had expressed feelings of weakness before unexpectedly collapsing.

Attempts to revive her were unsuccessful, and she was pronounced dead at the scene. Her daughter was inside the examination hall at the time of the incident, unaware of the developments outside.

The local community expressed shock and sadness over the sudden death, which was confirmed by DSP Abayomi Jimoh, a spokesperson for the Ondo State Police Command. The deceased's family was contacted, and after a thorough check, the body was released to Mr.

Apapa Olamilekan, identified as her son.
